Very nice, except that for most devices you must use mainland China server and quite often nothing works, especially when in China is midnight (in my house is afternoon). Please make all devices ( even China only ones) available in every server. Thanks.

Hi thanks for the vid . Im just getting into the products and have the sensor you featured in your video. My question is , does the sensor (obviously using the hub) have any way to set what you think is cold or comfortable or cold as mine will say " too cold keep warm " when the room is actually 22 C (71.6 F) which by no reasonable standard is not cold keep warm and when it was like 28 C (82.4 F) it says comfortable which yes to be fair its comfortable but by standard that's a hot room don't you think ? So am i able to adjust it to my desired comfortable/uncomfortable setting as it seems inaccurate? Kind regards

Actually the technology is already very established. Just that his presentation is not that good. In simple terms you can have control of each device but to really simplify your life you can set scenarios and group devices so that they can act together or react based on situation. Well it still isn't "smart" enough to adapt and make scenarios based on what you have but i think that will take a lot more time.

Have been using Xiao Mi Smart Home devices for almost 2 years, I still find it lacking of some features. Geofence never existed. The devices' respond is slow. The support for Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant is limited.

My Xiaomi Dafang cameras were superb until they were MAC Code Geo location blocked and stopped working completely, (like many other peoples) Despite the app mentioning all we had to do was email in with purchase details for the block to be removed, I sent 6 emails requesting this and every single email was completely ignored. I wont be rushing out to purchase any other Xiaomi products !.

How to link the Xiaomi devices to Google Home? The Control Hub and The sensors of Mijia (Mijia homekit not Aqara) can’t be connect to Google Home to use Google Asistant. Only yeelight (not Phillip Light) and some device like Standing fan, Purifier can link to GGHome. Is that only International version can be link to Home?

Only a few of their devices work with Google Assistant. WiFi smart plug, vacuum cleaner, certain model of air purifier and Yeelight.

i want to make my home smart. yet i don't know where to start. I don't want a full blown REPLACE all items. I wan't to replace (when things got broken).. one lamp, two lamp, then a switch, then one AC, then coffee machine, then door handle.. small things add up, eventually, in about a year or two. tell me two xiaomi items at most to buy, at first, like a cell or two cells before creating a network of cells, organs and body system.

Too bad many of the products can only be used on the Chinese servers. I tried building a smart ecosystem with xiaomi mijia products, but unfortunately, in my scenario I can only use mainland China for server as Europe doesn't have the products I need, so all notifications are in Chinese and pretty much useless to me.

Mi is the only company that provides 3rd class product at higher price. I’ve been using mi router for a year and that’s really sucks. If i talk about mi phone then.
