I think gove should give 100 free units to every family but should install smart meters everywhere. Because it will teach the people of JK to utilise the electricity and also there will be very less wastage of electricity. I saw in Kashmir people are wasting electricity that causes some fire incidents as well. And 100 units per month is more than enough.
