Smart Patrolling Cycle for Spinning Mill in Bangladesh.

Mehmud Industries (Pvt.) Limited (A sister concern of Anwar group)has introduces a new invention in Bangladeshi spinning sector “Smart Patrol Cycle” for ring operators and line man for piecing & gating of ring frame. It also can use for smart monitoring of Production officers and Managers so that they will take easy and immediate necessary steps.
Actually the concept is introduced for easy to operation and also other prompt monetary steps in operation. It can be reduce direct labor cost & turn over (attrition) rate and repeated work also get the working efficiency higher.
My team made the “Smart Patrol Cycle” which plan is designed by me.

I wish I could do this at my factory. We're only working 68 modules per side [136 per frame] so the lanes are short. I could get so much more done with every machine I need to maintenance in an extended straight line.

Ight but let's talk about how many modules you had per frame and how many frames doffed/reset per shift??? I'm doing it in decade old military boots and I'm still in agony at the end of each shift. It'd be awesome and way more productive to do this if your plant's layout allows. They have something figured out my plant hasn't gotten right once in 135 years 😂
