भाइ अगर ac एक घण्टा बन्द और एक घण्टा चालू रहेगा तो बिजली ज्यादा खपत करेगा,क्योकि शुरुआत में लगभग 2000वाट से कम्प्रेशन चलता है और फिर धीरे धीरे लगभग400 वाट पर या उससे भी कम पर चलता है, सबसे ज्यादा अच्छा है कि ac को 28या 30 पर रखे ।

That smart plug will power cut AC every hour that will bring stress to AC compressor and AC electronics, instead either use AC timer feature, or use an Smart IR sensor which will turn off and on your AC just like your AC remote by this way AC electronics gets proper time to power off and power on, Smart IR sensor can also be programmed same way as your smart plug

Still it's not perfect option to reduce electricity bill but still the gadget is good. To reduce AC bill keep the temperature ok higher side say 26. 27 & take a shower in night also use less clothes while sleeping don't use blankets set temp accordingly
