best tipp is use snapping on chest to place them perfecly above each other

I have a love-hate relationship with snapping in Enshrouded. Sometimes it is really helpful. And sometimes it's the opposite of helpful. But maybe placing chests is in the category of snapping = helpful

Ive pretty much mastered snapping in enshrouded and only really turn it off when i do finetuning, making a non-standard shape, or doing roofs. And even then i only use it to start the anchor point for snapping to work well. all of my builds are so perfectly aligned that it satisfies my adhd and ocd so well. (i was also this meticulous in valheim)

but putting them closer together like that makes them harder to open. you have to aim at each one, and this solution means you have to aim your cursor with even more sensitivity than before

I haven't had to much problems with that but I guess it's a matter of taste. PErsonally I like making small compact houses where I fit a lot of stuff in a rather small area. With a bigger base there is no reason whatsoever of course to try to fit stuff very close together.

You just need a higher perspective to place the third one. So put down a table or something else to stand on when placing the third one.

They need to have the ability to build a magic storage shed rather than a bunch of identical looking boxes with no labels. I have the same storage problem at my house. Really frustrating.

Delete squares in a wall between rooms. Fit chests of any type into these openings.

I think you get it automatically when you get all the stuff for the carpenter. But I might not remember correctly
