Yeah if you pause the video just after the start you can see the black paint on the 'N' has come off completely, and it's almost all peeled off on the 'A' as well. Also the paint on the 'O'.

If u don't understand: the letters before in the beginning when he was removing them were worn out and the black color was turning gray, so the change was they replaced the letters saying "range rover " making it cleaner.

@@Truong62809searched it up, and yep! as long as you keep your main identifying feature (license plate) you should be good! unless your country or state/province has specific laws against it
