Sometimes, the market breaks my stop loss, although it remains within the demand or supply zone established by the 1-hour time frame (HTF). This results in losses despite correct analysis. How can I better anticipate these market movements?

You can consider setting your stop loss based on the 15 minute TF. As long as you use the 1 minute TF to set it, know that you're scalping and so your strategy should be tailored to scalping mode. You had thus been swing trading using stop losses of a scalper
