Love your video. I am an investor in Dubai and want your advice as an expert in the field of real estate in Dubai. One question: Do family tenants (with kids) care more about higher or lower floors; or it is not a requirement for them?
@SmartMoneywithKai6 ай бұрын
Hi and thanks a lot 🙌 Not sure about it, I think it's a personal preference to be honest not something that can be generalised. Once I have kids I still would prefer living in the top 😉

Hi and thanks for watching, normally it's in instalments every quarter I believe so you take the entire apartment price and divide it by 4-5 years and then you pay on a quarterly basis in most cases. Cheers

❤❤ Investing video ❤❤ My brother own quite a bit in Dubai. He as been Investing there and other places close by for 15 years now . He loves it there . My nephews was given a apartment each by my brother. One nephew as had it rented out from the first day , till now . My other nephew spends a lot of time in Dubai. When he is America, he lets his friends stay there. I know most of my family as stay in the apartment. Its near the Mariana and some place called blue ? I haven't been to Dubai. To hot and expensive. My girlfriend as no interest in Dubai . Really glad everything working out for you ❤❤❤

Hi Lawrence, thanks a lot for sharing and oh wow, he must have done well with his apartments here. I suppose you might mean blue water island? Amazing place indeed 👌Dubai is hot in summer yes, but rest of the year quite comfortable and expensive to a certain degree, if I compare real estate prices to UK or Germany it's actually still cheaper to buy in many ways, but of course, many temptations here to spend on a daily basis 😉 Cheers my friend and have a successful week ahead 👋

I thought everything Daniel said was insightful, until he tried to 'explain' the UAE monarchy and system by comparing it to the supposedly just two party system in Germany. Yikes. Why this comparison? Thats colonial. Its two countries. Two different systems. They are not the same. Not to be compared. Be respectful, Daniel, both ways. Don't compare apples with oranges. There is no need to do this and its factually wrong.

Hi and thanks a lot for your feedback, well noted and glad to hear that apart from that the rest was insightful. Cheers und LG 👋

@@SmartMoneywithKai Yeah thx indeed. LG back. Being acurate is important and I lost Daniel with my potential real estate investment there. Because the devil is in the details, business-wise, and its about trust. "Bicycles are just cars with two wheels". No. "Cars are just bicycles with four wheels". No. "Germany is essentially a monarchy with two parties". No. "UAE is essentially a democracy with just one party instead of two, like Germany". No. I really don't get it why he had to say that. Neither Germany nor UAE want this false comparison. It made him look untrustworthy. Being mindful, and precise, with the things you say and do in business, is important.
@abdifatahali473328 күн бұрын
I think UAE is doing better than Germany rn. And has a better future. You are getting offended because he compared your countries political system to a better political system lol ?? 😂
@Th3SilentObserver28 күн бұрын
@@abdifatahali4733 No you misunderstood my remarks. I do not mind considering UAE as 'the better system', thats your valid opinion, and an opinion one can of course have. I would've even disagree with that nor am I interested in having this discussion, out of respect, both ways, because, and that was my point, both systems are fundamentally different (Democracy/Monarchy), and are therefore not comparable, and Daniel was pretending they were the same, and thats Apples and Oranges, and in a business context an oversimplification and thats what makes a business situation untrustworthy - that was my point.

@@SmartMoneywithKai no but honestly , there is so much like that in not nice areas in Detroit and Cleveland and Toledo and some other not nice places . Really easy to find - Zillow - Crexi . And I speak about cash on cash return what is around 13-15% if in cash paid .but section 8 is what I only like since I don’t have to run for the rent like I used to
