You can‘t get slow motion if you film in 24 fps! The clips get slow due to slowing down the frames..

For slow motion videos you need higher frame rate. FPS = Frames Per Second. So naturally, the higher the frames, the smoother the motion.

if you are shooting 4k with your pro max, make sure you have closed down ALL apps working in the background or your cam/phone will overheat and your images will be snow white
