ma, if a latent variable among others have the following: cronbach Alpha = 0.655, Rho_a = 0.662, Rho_c = 0.813 & AVE = 0.593; can i proceed with my analysis owing to the fact that cronbach Alpha and Rho_a are less than 0.7 and are showing red in SmartPLS 4.

Mam if composite Reliability values come between 0.953 0.954 0.937 range what to do in that case coz i have listened from fawad sirs videos if cr is above 0.95 it indicates indicators are redundant

That's right. Very high value indicates that the items of a construct are not very different in nature.

Basically, PLS-SEM does not require a model fit. The studies using PLS-SEM usually aim at the extension of the theory.
