Consolidated all the details with reports and how do I create a metrics? Currently cannot reference the report for metric calculations. Is there any suggestion?

How did you setup your original sheet for the metrics?

We start from the "Grid" Sheet type vs a project or task list which have pre-configured column types (like dates, drop downs, etc).
