Got the same issue and fixed it . If cleaning the pin method does not work then do this Connect the smartwatch to the charger and keep it on , long press the power button and let go. Wait for the watch to charge for 1-2 hours and then check the watch . If the watch is hot then press hold of the power button as long as u can and then u will get a restart screen ,press back and ur watch should be back to normal

@@Maniipavii it's stuck in a bootloop , keep it on charge and reset it after that reset the mobile app and connect. After it connects with your phone allow it to install the firmware update

Relax guys, it can be solved, I also faced the same issue so i went to the service center they charged the watch with different charger (they called it turbo charger don't remember the exact name) and watch turned on, Service center guy told me to never let the watch battery to 0% , Charge the watch regularly. This is the best one can do or buy the charger from service center. Hope it helps.

It's a bug issue, just take it to nearest Titan outlet they will recharge with their smart charger and then u can recharge as normal at ur home Edit: it was not a bug issue i called customer care they asked me to mail a 30 sec video to chk if it's really not getting charged then they replied me in 3/4 working days and offered me total replacement through the nearest Titan showroom but same model was not available so I had to pay Rs. 500/- to get Fastrack Nitro pro which is just launched But I am totally Happy with the service and new watch

@@Maniipavii if it's in warranty , take it to the nearest TITAN outlet, or speak to customer care they will guide properly and exchange If it's not in warranty try to charge with a 5w charger that comes with a chargeable torch or mobile chargers are 25w so it gets damaged due to that

Noise me pehle se hi battery issue tha and noise ke product me replacement vi nehi hota ha sidha service centre jana parta ha😢😢 Fastrack me 2 din baad hi touch issue aa gya....mene replacement order kar dia. Age pata nehi kya hoga😢 Mere suggestion yehi ha ki koi analogue ya digital watch lelo.... charging k jhanjhat hi khatam.
