Sorry for the late reply if u don't have a warranty card no issues u can visit the service center with bill, box and watch they will repair or replace your watch higher chance is they will replace your watch and provide u a new watch in replacement. Bcz smart watches are not repaired generally.

Bhaiya charger toh kharab nahi hua Maine watch ki charger se tablet par use kar ke try Kiya toh charge ho raha hai...... toh watch ⌚ ko kya hua hoga.

Brother agr +- ko ulta lagao ga tho laga ga hi nhi or or lag rha ha tho wo battery ko impact dega or agr ulta lagao tho charge hi nhi hoge. Maine 2 se 3 mahine charge nahi ki thi use nahi ki thi switch off thi and chrge ho rahi he par screen puri black he charger me koi issue nahi hai. Beacause Maine 2 se 3 mahine use nahi ki thi isliye kya?????

When i connect my noise fit active watch with charger, it charges to 100% and works fine till it remains connected to charger... As soon as i remove the charger, the watch turn off and there is no display on the screen neither it connects with the app... I connect with charger and it works perfectly... What can be the issue, pls suggest.... Thanks

Apki watch mai battery ka issue ha better hoga ki app apni watch ko warranty claim krka replace krva lo dizo ka kise bhi service center mai bill , box or watch lekar chala jao. Or problem batao wo watch ko replace krka apko new watch de denga kyuki smart watch repair nhi hoti direct replace hi hoti ha or dizo ki aftersales bahut achi ha.

Brother honestly u can't fix this kind of issues at home, if you are not a technical person. Epic is really nice watch and in next few days i give the honest review for this watch on my channel . I suggest you please don't deep down this issue of your watch at home. Just claim the warranty of your watch and get the new watch in replacement. If only black light is blinking not watch display is not on check once is your watch is connected with mobile or not some time watch is on but nothing visible on display.if watch is connected with mobile so reset your watch via app in your mobile.Or may be there is higher chance it's mother board issue and u can't resolve this issue at home. It's better if watch is in warranty period so claim your watch warranty and get the new watch in replacement if need any help for know about warranty process message me on Instagram. It's power button Or mother board issue. Do one thing if your watch is in warranty period u can claim warranty of your watch and get the new watch in replacement. I have tested with two wires though my two watches are not working boath of them are fire bolt ninja calling dont know what happend i tried all the way u told in this vedio .display is off but back sensor light is blinking

Brother if display is off and back sensor lighting. There is multiple reason behind it most common power button issue second charging IC issue and the last motherboard issue. Honestly u can't resolve this issue at home. I suggest you if your watch is in warranty period so claim your warranty of your smartwatch and get the new watch in replacement as companies didn't repair the smartwatch they directly change the watch if need any help for claim warranty of your watch u can message me on Instagram I will definitely help you.
