Yes true what ever he is saying is correct builder is also showing marina bay sands and saying it will be a replica however because its a residential project the elevation will have balconys rest copy of marina

I have seen many time marina and I can tell if someone try to copy in India builder will fail miserably and end users will loose allnits money if buy it.😅

Its not a replica. I have seen renders. Its just 6 towers in bunch of 2 connected at terrace levels
