Sadly in Brawl they are the same character on the roster, to pick ZSS you had to pick Samus and hold a button down. It makes sense to treat them as the same character for a Brawl ironman/nuzlock.

Losing ZSS wasn't much of a big deal since at the point you lost her, you would be stuck as Samus until post game.

In the first episode he said he was counting ZSS and regular Samus as the same person. He has lost both ZSS and regular Samus now. Also, he wouldn’t have been stuck with regular Samus, in subspace emissary you can swap between the two

I miss when each character had unique swings for the beam sword. Like the swordies useing a double swing. If you get as far as Captain Falcon and a beam sword his side smash is a two parter like Link's. So if you mash he thrusts, then uppercuts and it's fairly good in Subspace

I think it's appropriate for ironmans/nuzlockes to have a death counter. I'm currently doing an Ironman for Fire Emblem. So far....7 deaths for 8 chapters. Not too bad IMO.

@@Wyatt_Brown Like I said "When." To me : She always dies right around the Cannon Portion in the last area before you fight Lucario with Meta Knight. Mostly because the cannon can fire without Nana being in the cannon and the screen scrolls too fast for her to catch up. Or you use Up special to get to a higher place leaving Nana behind.
