Another banger. I'm really rethinking all my fighting skills with these deep dives. Adding it to my arsenal. Thanks a lot. Godspeed

Love to hear it! In fact these are some of my favorite comments - where we’ve inspired further growth and development in martial arts. Glad I could be a positive influence!!! (I hope lol)

Vito and Bruce (I hope I'm getting that correct) are so awesome. With them being liter mates, was it hard to keep them from getting super wound up in their engagement towards each other when they were younger? My 2 belgian shepherds are half brothers (10 months a part), and i have to always monitor their play before it devolves into chaos. Another great video btw- love the creative content. The jab/cross video is my favorite; I'm very interested in footwork. Lastly i'd love to hear your take on the spinning back fist. Thank you again for sharing your vast knowledge.

You got the names right! Man they have fought “for their lives” against each other, multiple vet ER visits. I’ve gotten injured trying to separate them! And 99% of the time someone just looked at the other one the wrong way lol They’re 8 now and it’s definitely gotten better and we’re more aware of the signs, They’re lab, pit, boxer mixed and weight about 70-75lbs… not fun when they got going lol But they’re my boys and love the fuck out of them! Glad you enjoyed the video! I’m a footwork nerd myself. Thanks again for the comment! I love talking about the dogs lol

Oh spinning back fist is a great tool! We do use it and train it, but I reserve it for more advanced guys because ones the novices start spinning it just all goes to shit

They (there’s 2 brothers) make special appearances from time to time lol They were prematurely born and since 2 days old they’ve been coming to TRITAC everyday. They’re 8 now. My boys.

Awesome! I miss DL and Tritac so much. Do you know why the school in Lynbrook closed down?

I know it’s sad, I had many, many fond memories and awesome training experiences. At the end they were going through a tough period in their personal lives that affected the business, and they needed to step away. They are both doing awesome now and we still talk often.

The types of blocks & the elbow strike with rushing tactic. Is this Kesy fighting method?

Keysi and Defence Lab are huge influences on the Frame series. They go much deeper into the series and are more committed to always being in a frame.

Oh nice. some punatukan
@tritacacademyАй бұрын
I’ve never had the pleasure of training pure punatukan but have always been interested. Much of these frame concepts come from JKD, Silat, Muay Thai, Filipino arts and Defence Lab / Keysi. It’s always interesting to me how many systems arrive at the perspective, yet slightly different processes. I just think martial arts is just cool lol and love the diversity
