I wouldn't say that mate. Pugwest, and Mr.E are still pretty relevant, and aren't too far from Leo. If I compared it to an anime I'd say: Mk Leo =Goku Pugwest = Trunks Mr.E = Vegeta Leo is still visibly on his own level somewhat, but the 2 below him are still making their presences known.
