The answer to 23 is 640 because there are five jumps which add up to 800 but you want to work out 4 jumps so you do 800 divided by 5 to get 160 which is one jump but to work out p to Q you want to times it by 4 to get the answer 640 and to check you could just add another 160 to see it add up to 800 please pin I have my sats in 1 day

I divided 800 by 5 and got 160. Then I multiplied 160 by 4 and got 640. So the distance from P to Q is 640 Is that correct?

She is incorrect as the distance from Q to R would equal just around 200 and if you do 200 x 4 you get 800 which is the value of the whole thing

Sonce there are 5 jumps in total, i would divide 5 by 800 which is 160 so each jump is 160, i will multiply 160 by 4 which is 640 If i divide 600 by 4 it would be 150 and 600 + 150 = 750 and not 800

The real answer is equals to 640m. Olivia is incorrect because if we look at the question carefully there are actually 1/5 of 800m, which gives 160m and then we multiply that number which gives us the answer of 640m. So therefore Olivia is not correct because she said that the answer was 600m.
