i love your journals all the things that you stick in there i do the same thing and i love sticking all i can in my journal makes me happy i love the food packaging because it is always changing i put a lot of that in my journal and things like ads and stuff that show the prices as i can look back since prices keep going up and such or stores are no longer or you cant get this or that anymore or things from family or newspaper clippings or just cook things that i want to save in my journal i just find it fun
