Smashburger with Bacon Jam is the best smashburger I have ever had. The combination of savory smashburger with salty bacon jam is unlike any smashburger I have had before. It is without a doubt the best smashburger. I like to make a double smashburger to get the ratio of meat to bacon jam just right.

I have to tell you I have made the best deviled eggs with bacon jam. I just mix a couple of heaping tablespoons of the bacon jam a good size tablespoon of mayonnaise and the egg yolks and I just mash them up and put them in the eggs and they are the best deviled eggs I’ve ever had in my life
