I actually have this cd single. It was only available to djs, radio stations, that sort of thing. I worked with this guy who's brother was a dj and he was always carrying around these albums full of cds that you couldn't find anywhere. I had heard this version on the radio some time back and wanted it. So I asked him if I could have it and he just handed it over. There was no cover to it, just a case and the cd said "not for sale, promotional use only". I think I got it around 1994-95 and it still looks brand new.
