It's wonderful to know the audio and dialogue work well enough to just be heard without any visual context. I always ensure to give plenty of dialogue and be descriptive in my videos as well as getting all the destruction sounds in the highest recording quality.

Seems the fake second floppy drive is what drove the angry office man over the edge to destroy the entire office! About the “green” button, for those who didn’t work on computers in the late 90s/early 2000s: Some motherboards supported hooking up a separate button for the sleep function; the “green” button on this case could be connected to that. These days, usually the power button is used to trigger sleep instead of shutdown, making the separate sleep button unnecessary.

@@smashthings1 As a collector of old hardware and PCs I have zero clue how you get them so easily lol. I pay like $25 - $110 for an old PC these days over here in the U.S. and it sucks! Of course the more vintage the more expensive because the market is corrupted for these things online...I have to get a lot locally and they aren't free unfortunately. I still enjoy the videos and the Seagate Medalist hard drive decided to turn into a mechanical alarm clock : ))

A random fun fact is a lot of older PCs have a lot more mechanical components inside than now. For example now you don't have floppy drives, a lot of CD-ROM drives are starting to disappear on new PCs, and then of course hard drives being replaced with solid state media. So basically most if not all of the mechanical components are gone in new computers and then they will make zero noise if they get worn out or abused since there is nothing to physically wear down. Back then if you used your computer long enough the hard drive bearings could start to get noisy since they had a lot of wear on them, but of course that doesn't apply to modern systems anymore really.

In all seriousness the PC was working actually lol. Either the driver for the keyboard was screwed up, the keyboard was broken, or it just wasn't connected haha. Sucks to watch in the U.S. when a vintage PC is looking at a minimum of $80 and up on eBay because....corrupted market LMAO. Also when flat panel monitors came out they were extremely expensive, back when they started to replace CRTs...
