SMD Resistors Testing using multimeter - Laptop Motherboard Repair

I have a failed security control module out of my car. Basically the module that controls the alarm. It is discontinued and I have been trying to figure out how to diagnose the PCB before sending it out for repair. This video is the most helpful I have ever seen when it comes to resistors. Thankyou for the tutorial bro. The resistor at 3.30 you say 15 volt. Why did that one indicate volts when the others were ohms ?
