D&G pour Homme 1994 (euroitalia) is my go to all rounder. Suits any time of year but really rocks with a fresh clean long sleeve white cotton t-shirt and jeans on a warm summer evening sat in the beer garden. It is vibrant but smooth and rounded as it dries down. I have no idea why they ever changed this scent, it was perfect as it was. It is probably on the more fruity side of fresh but it is so well composed you can certainly call it "fresh and clean" just not linen fresh but fruity fresh.

I was impressed with the smell of explorer as we'll however it isn't my favorite Aventus clone I think it's a great scent and well worth picking up. I think some of the hate it's getting is from people who spent hundreds of dollars on Aventus only to find there are far cheaper alternatives that rival it in every way.

Hands up for underrated fragrances! I could suggest valentino uomo aqua such nice smelling scent, very pleasant and fresh. Very underrated with monster longivity that lasts on my shirts for days, great for close encounters...i like gentleman cologne too nas D&G is really not bad as the haters said.

I liked D&G's K opening but for some reason i feel weird wearing it nowadays. It smells like i drowned myself in laundry detergent and i don't even overspray it or nothing... the drydown is kinda nice not gonna lie but getting to it is kinda annoying.

Fantastic fresh linen scent: Louis Vuitton Au Hasard. And Pikovaya Dama, while obscenely expensive, smells like an incredibly luxurious and rich soap. You should check these out, if only for the experience

Most of these are pretty affordable dude? If you want a good scent you (usually) have to pay for it...unless you want Coty Aspen or Nautica Voyage or something (hate Voyage personally). There's plenty of cheap fragrance lists on YT.
