I don’t find them to be so similar ! They both have cocoa and tonka but Carolina is much heavier on white flowers and doesn’t have that very distinct pear note but I do layer them together :)

I love you Natalie, I have struggled with depression lately as well. The empty kind where it’s hard to connect with others. My brain doesn’t even feel like it works lately, has made it difficult to focus on what brings me out of depression. As you know I always read psalms 55-57 during the most painful of times, perhaps it is time to revisit the book of job this week as well. Psalm 56:13 for you have delivered my soul from death, have you not kept my feet from falling, that I may walk before god in the light of the living? I chose this verse for you because I feel like the second part applies to your physical illness but the first part is about depression and delivering your soul from death is delivering your essence from depression.

And you are right Natalie about spiritual warfare. Its good to recognize when you're being spiritually attacked and to already be on guard about it. Stay prayed up, know that the enemy has already been defeated and that Jesus is a strong hold for all of your needs.
