​Also sa real life night gig sa isang deliberately underlit stage. ​@@PAXmusicgearlifestylethat's why I come to a conclusion na maging visible (brightly colored guitars and gears) sa stage not just for aesthetics (since it is the Instagramable generation na) but for our band crew to not make minor if not necessary accidents like bumping or even worst, falling kapag nasa backstage or wherever madilim. But yet again, to each his own.

@@iamrLinpu apakamahal p ng sqoe. i really wanna get a D&D semi hollow pero ang hirap ng stock nung kay Jomal. bmli na lang ako ng JCraft na 2nd hand es335 with upgraded alnico v pups. at least alam ko mga specs nun saka maraming review sa yt ng mga gitara nila. ung DnD tlga apakakonte ng videos about their gears. i mean, dapat ikaproud natin mga gawa ng bawat guitar makers ng pinas, dapat gumawa sila nga mga ganitong video.

Super informative! Would prefer if they had the same Rhythm/Lead circuits and pickup. Hopefully may ibang brands na maglabas ng offsets this year, any spec correct ( Mustang, Jazzmaster, Jaguar)

People in the offset community have been chasing this for literally decades-- AVRI-spec for $300. For the most part, we got it naman when Squier turned out the second VM offset line (the first one had the Strat jacks and concentric Dano pots). As far as "local" brands go, Riverhead was a thing some years back and they mostly stuck to the traditional config.

PSA: the rhythm circuit on a traditional Jazzmaster and Jaguar only activates the neck pickup with a darker-sounding circuit, and the roller knobs control the dedicated volume and tone knobs for that circuit only.

Nowadays, it's very debatable what makes a Jazzmaster a Jazzmaster, even with Fender's line. Apart from the Clifton's shape, nothing about it is a Jazzmaster anymore. Fender can get away with slapping the name on anything it makes since the Jazzmaster name is their copyright, kahit halimbawa their 2018 Performer JMs na walang rhythm circuit, or even the Jim Root Jazzmaster which is nothing near even a basic JM. Might have been better if Clifton didn't use the JM name anymore since (1) it's a registered trademark and most probably copyrighted, and (2) the guitar is functionally far from what the name suggests.
