This song really captured the darkness of the opening scene. That's why I'm calling it; The Anthem of Darkness. Something that has beauty inside if you look closely. During the chorus, you can really tell that she duplicated he vocals to make it sound as if it was two people singing. Two women. As if it was both Natasha and Yelena singing.

"With the lights out, it's less dangerous" - With the lights out, it is said to be less dangerous, but behind the scenes... They're scheming. "Here we are now, entertain us, I feel stupid & contagious" - The enemy tries to confuse us, and "contagious" reminds me of Covid-19, even though it isn't as bad as many other illnesses. "I found it hard, it's hard to find" - The truth & the light is hard to find, but we're slowly making our way to it, although it has unfortunately cost us a lot... "A denial" - the enemy casually shaking their heads saying that what they say is true, but those who can see clearly know they are lying. "Oh no, I know... a dirty word." - Not to be offensive or anything but it really reminds me of schools. I'm most likely going to get attacked for this... but this is what plays through my head when I think long and hard with this song playing and apply it to all the BS that's going on currently.

Sorry great cover but you can't redo a classic and ever do better than the OG artist. None the less an artist who changed the face of music at the time. Nirvana along with Alice in Chains and Soungarden kicked off the grunge/atlernative era which ended the Hair metal band era. I've heard alot of great covers. I just can't say any have been better than original. That's like someone painting The Mono Lisa and someone saying it's better than the OG by Leonardo da Vinci...
