I play customised Association mode where all the teams used were All Time Teams. The only difference is that I put a serpentine draft order and pick players from the 30 available teams. I used the Brooklyn Nets franchise and had a starting 5 of Ron Harper, Scottie Pippen, LBJ, Lamarcus Aldridge & Alonzo Mourning. I have noticed that all of the 30 teams drafted by the CPU were well balanced and because there were at least 2-3 players on each team with 90+, the games were always tight.

No it’s not because a player would be taken by the cpu based on ratings, in the end all teams are similar. In a complete randomized league there could be 5 all stars on one team. That couldn’t happen in a fantasy draft
