This song is extremely special to me. I wrote this song at one of the lowest points of my life, I felt hopeless and Alone. After I recorded it originally, it sort of took on a life of its own. See I had resigned myself to only making music as a hobby at that point. Then thanks to some helpful people. It made its way into the hands of the legend @jellyroll615 who then sent it back to me with an absolutely legendary verse on it. This changed everything for me. It gave me the belief I needed to get up off my bottom and change s**t. From that moment on I stopped sulking in depression and dedicated myself completely to music. So when I say this song is life-changing I mean it in the literal sense. So Shoutout to @jellyroll and his whole team for believing and supporting this song. It literally changed my entire life. I am beyond grateful, It’s a debt I will never be able to repay them! I sincerely hope y’all enjoy it and I hope maybe it can give someone else the same strength it gave me!

I've hardly seen my daughter in 16 years do to the fact her mom is a lying and gold digging typical. I've been off and on with drugs and I wasn't on them when we broke up just to clarify. Now I moved to Florida 1,600 miles from friends and family and for a short time was back with the drugs but been righteous lately. Sober or under the influence we've got decisions in life. You might not have alot right now as do I but let your kid be all the motivation you need. I miss my daughter every day and count the times I've cried myself to sleep thinking "what if" you're not completely lost until your child is taken/wants nothing to do with you/ or my case stolen and kept from. Moral of the story this song is beyond 🔥 and a shame it doesn't have a billion + views but guess that just says not that many people really struggle and can actually relate idk..have a blessed night

I'm not a Southern girl, but i need to truly say "thanks!" I just listened to this, and I'm subscribed to Jelly, I think ya'lls music has saved my life. After 14years of married life's of ups and downs, add18yrs of drug use, combined with 28 years of mine, and fold in schizophrenia, I was forced with saying goodbye to the man I thought I had many more years to come with. He hung himself Dec. 15,2020 in a county jail in Pennsylvania alone, but thinking that many were waiting to do God -knows -what to him in the prison that had his mind. We all said goodbye Dec.23rd.They say time heals, I don't know about that, but I do feel that music does more. Thank you so much! I'm really hoping to get down there this summer.
