Funny thing about Concrete Milk. Wet part of cement, that sips out of concrete when it's getting dry is called Concrete milk in Russia. If your concrete is too dry and doesn't have enough concrete mil sipping out - the final slab will have more pores and cracks faster. Too much - it will sip out more cement than needed.
