There is still alot of really good stuff out here, man. I love this band, but there is so much good music yet to be heard. Listen to Plan Three, All that Remains, Breaking Benjamin, Evans Blue, 30 Seconds to Mars, Shinedown... LONG list of kick ass musicians still doin' their thing. I'm turning 50 years old this year, started my love of music with Kiss, Led Zep, etc... rock and roll is in my freaking BLOOD!

22 is still hella young, bro. You have noooooooo idea. Of course, I thought I was getting older when I was 22. So silly
@KingOfThePiratesOfTheHill3 жыл бұрын
@@token555 considering you don't know him or what he might have experienced in that time, to say he has no idea is very ignorant. Experiences aren't measured by age. He could have hit 50 years of bullshit before even turning 15 years old. Its is subjective from person to person. It's like me saying, " you're probably in your 40's. You're still so young, YOU have no idea what life entails." Some people hit 70 and still have no idea, some people grasp this world in adolescence/teen years. Respect his view of his own experience.

I was 22 when this song came out climbing up in my own band. This song reminds me of frat parties and keg stands. Now I’m 40 and the last shows I played were with Miranda Lambert and Jason Aldean and it makes me wonder what happened to the guy when this song came out. I feel like we don’t get nostalgic things anymore. When everything is pop culture nothing is. Now that you’re 26, you’re not old, you’re still in the prime of your life and you’ll probably be nostalgic about a song from this year in 10 years. It’s a viscious cycle. But enjoy it.

As a musician myself, I find my way across plenty of "music elitist" crowds, and this song, unsurprisingly, garners barely any attention from serious music listeners. I gotta say, though, this shit is a certified jam. I'm surprised it never had much of a legacy or ended up as some sort of of-its-era anthem, but such is life. Certainly nothing particularly inventive, but it's a great, underappreciated gem. Good for this band for sticking with it for the love of the game in recent years too!

I saw them twice in their prime, 1st in Fort lauderdale, FL when they toured with Trapt & openers 3 Days Grace. I saw all 3 bands again the following year during a radio station concert (94.9 zeta) in West Palm Beach, FL. Man, I wish I could go back to those good ol' days.

Heartless909 false. They do make money for each song streamed.
@Hboss9099 жыл бұрын
Popular artist do make money cus they get millions and millions of views . But according to this Band they only get a penny for every 1000 streams so that's 10 dollars for every million streams. Technically they r making money but they r getting screwed though
