The transplant hair from the sides and back and put them on the top...hair from sides and back usually do not fall out as you will notice if you look at male pattern baldness diagrams and just the real world where people keep the sides and lose their top. It's been 6 years since my fue and they told me it will never fall out and so far they are correct. They actually warned me that if the rest of my hair fell out then I might look silly because only the grafted hairs would remain and would look terrible so I take finesteride 1mg every day and I constantly am complimented. It was expensive, but extremely worth it getting the procedure done. Get Bosley when they do 50% off specials and 1st time discounts and I paid off the 10k in a year. Happy to answer any questions if you're interested in my whole experience. I would not bullsht you...hate when people do that
