Lovely thanks. Been on loads of tour trains with June and loved the wine n dine but I got no-one to go with now unless I pay for them which makes a day out around £600.

Thanks Mike . Yes we have to slow down don't we. I just had 10 days of ''under the weather'' so to speak and my son came and picked me up and we went to Bletchley.. By golly , I'm a new man... A breath of fresh air so to speak.

Enjoyed that Keith. Yes Stevenage is a busy station , more so from next year when platform 5 and the turnback opens up. Nice to see June. It's quite a shock just how quickly they go off the rails. Two years ago my mother too up residence in a care home as she too was diagnosed with Dementia, and these days she is now in a world of her own. Give my love to June and hope you both are as good as can be expected

Yes, it does feel different not seeing Lady June on your travels anymore, but it is good to look back at these good times. Hope that Lady June is doing as well as can be expected. Hope to might see you up in Scotland again for your next trip up. Thank you for sharing this with again.
