I like how it ended on a sweet moment with Bubba and Picky. He's doing this because he cares about her health. I do feel a little bad for Picky though, Hoppy and Kicken are gonna get so competitive that they will likely break Picky. Do kind of wish Hoppy would quit going for low blows with Kicken though. Kicken should never let go the broken leg bit though, not until Hoppy apologizes. I do feel bad for Crafty since everyone left her alone at the picnic blanket.

This was great! A lot of fun, and love how the captions are often their own humor. Also really like how “darker implications” (Picky eating bacon and a possible eating disorder) are handled in a way to still come off as funny as a “hold up,” moment. Also curious how Catnap apparently viewed the potential shenanigans as worth waking up early for, but if the past is any indication, he may end up being needed as a mitigating party. Also can’t help but think that that “calorie counter” only really works if Picky decides to really cut down and maintain a diet. Also, Dogday and Bobby are going to be pretty confused when they get to the picnic and find Crafty alone.

With the sign at 4:06 saying "Don't Wake Up", it's giving me some...thoughts about why CatNap always seems to know just what's going on. So what if Cat-Nap's put everyone in dreams and the dreams they have relate to each of their worst fears? Like it starts out all kind and friendly until it goes haywire and suddenly people start to panic as if none of it was supposed to happen? With Kickin Chicken, his fear must have been represented in how him trying to be the coolest got one of his friends hurt really bad...So underneath that cool facade, K.C doesn't want to see his friends get hurt. With Dog-Day, his fear (As with every leader-esc character) is letting his friends down when he knows they rely on him to know what to schedule and go...so him getting sick must have been constant agony for his mentality, despite Bobby giving him support. Now with Picky-Piggy...the fear of being forced to give up what they love and having to do what is essentially the opposite instead, showing more fear and more hesitation the more someone like Bubba or Hoppy tell them they'll do their best. Cat-Nap is often seen in the background of the videos, always near where the most action is and far away from a quiet environment he'd most likely enjoy. But in the previous two videos, Cat-Nap has always been the catalyst for its ending. He managed to kick a ball with the same force as someone who's SPECIALIZED in kicking to break Hoppy's lucky leg and managed to put Dog-Day to sleep in a matter of two seconds. There's also the screen glitching when he showed up in episodes 1 and 2, the lack of voice lines as he's always seen watching, the mysterious signs he was carrying towards somewhere in episode 2, the black soccer outfit in episode 1, and he always seems to know just what to do to fix a problem. So the active theory is that as the episodes go on, Cat-Nap is going to observe how they act towards their fears and help them overcome it to be more effective in the Hour of Joy...most likely for the pleasure of the Prototype. But that's just a Theory...

Time for another comment of me just gushing about this whole thing cause it's freaking phenomenal. First off, you can REALLY see the love, care, and effort put into this. You already could see that in the last two, but the quality just went even higher. There's so much more movement I feel and I never even had a problem with there being less movement in the others, I was just not expecting it here. Waiting for this was HELLA worth and I'd do it all again for every episode, ESPECIALLY if they're gonna come out like this holy. Like when you say you aren't gonna cut corners and give the best you can, you darn well mean it and it shows. Mad, MAD respect bro. Seems DogDay is maybe feeling better cause he arranged the picnic, nice! Love how Hoppy was complaining about walking "forever" but is immediately just super impatient and wants to move haha. Same with Kickin honestly, though I guess it'll take more than sore feet for him to turn down a competition with Hoppy. I love Kickin's freaking anime glasses btw that's even more perfect than him just having shades. He doesn't just wear shades, he wears the BEST MOST COOLEST possible shades lmao. Also I'm gonna just assume that the uhm hints of red on the bacon, ribs, and burger are just sauce and tomato respectfully...and that the bacon she had was either tofu bacon or turkery bacon lol. Bubba looks SO adorable in his lil doctor outfit wth. I see he had to take a bit of a blood sample from Picky there judging by the bandaid on her arm awe. I'm sure it didn't hurt NEARLY as much as working out with Hoppy and Kickin will tho lol. Haha ofc she has no idea what having high cholesterol means, she didn't even know what asthma was. And there's Bubba showing off once again why he really is the "smart guy" he knows his stuff. See we all thought he was wearing the doctor outfit to be cute, oh nonono he actually has a P.H.D hanging on the wall somewhere. Him just listing off all the fatal symptoms and diseases to Picky wow hah he doesn't hold back any news whether it be good or bad. Just try not to traumatize your patients lmao. Okay for some reason CatNap's face here 4:05 just had me laughing so much I really don't know why but it's amazing. That's the best "ooooop, what's in heeeere?" face I've seen in a while. What makes it even funnier to me is I like to think CatNap is just unironically really happy about a new toy he got or something and that's why he has this dopey smile most of the time. Bro is just vibing. Ooo I see that easter egg in the eye chart there, "don't wake up." Welp they woke CatNap up so it's too late he is now involved oh boy. Picky is immediately so nervous about them helping her with exercising, she knows what's she's in for man. We've learned from the last episode that being too blunt about stuff is definitely a thing with him he needs to work on lol. Oof big mistake there Kickin you do not issue a challenge to most competitive rabbit around, she's right that is a road you don't wanna go down. But only Kickin has enough gall and ofc results to back something like that up. Daaaw Bubba giving her that watch and some words of encouragement at the end there, that was super sweet. Even though he can come off as a know it all and be a bit too harsh with things at times, Bubba at heart truly cares about all of them and wants what's best. Him wanting to help DogDay feel all better in the last episode and how far he's willing to go to help Picky get into shape really show that. Even if uhm I think he definitely should've given letting Kickin and Hoppy of all people being in charge of her exercising another thought but anywho, moments like the end are just so good. Fan flippin tastic episode and this was just part one. These always make my day when they come out and I can't waaait for part two (but will ofc). I genuinely couldn't stop smiling watching this, the writing, animation, all the lil details when you look around. It still boggles my mind that you voice all of these guys yourself, the voice acting is PEAK dude. Every single one fits these guys to a T, like dare I say I prefer the voices they have in these over their official ones it's just that good. You are beyond talented man, take er easy you have so earned a nice long break. Like you can just FEEL the care and effort put into these every frame. Like I said before, this whole series is 100% something special. I wasn't even into the Smiling Critters whatsoever until I saw "Leg Day." I never didn't like them, I just never thought much of them y'know just "your typical cute becomes horror mascot for this horror game" and that was that. Then here comes people like you who took them and made them WAY beyond that, now I'm hooked on these versions of em and I couldn't be happier.
