You know, sometimes I fear I'll never hear the beauty of "MY LEG!" again, but this gives me hope that maybe it will never truly be forgotten. Thank goodness for that, because it's just so perfect. XD ALSO I SAW THAT REFERENCE AT THE END, YOU CAN'T FOOL ME! :D This is so adorable and hilarious. The animation is so fluid, expressive and full of energy (especially with DogDay!), the colors are vibrant, the background is lovely to look at, and I like the added shading at the end. Also love the different ways CatNap reacts to the relatively same situation; we hardly know a thing about the cartoon version of CatNap (aside from that horrifying commercial, but I think that was made specifically in-universe to illustrate how dangerous the plush was), and any of these could be a fitting action for him. Or maybe all of them could be fitting at once. I mean, genuinely confused Catnap, angry CatNap, I-don't-even-know-what-to-call-that-last-one CatNap... I think those could all be natural reactions from a single character that's either fleshed out well or left open-to-interpretation. As far as we know Cartoon CatNap could be a sweetheart, but he gets ticked off easily, and sometimes he has these little... moments.

here's a back story to this so if you didn't know at the end of the dogday chase when you go up the elevator and if you already heard the dogday cutout stuff but you just thought it was something else but here's where we get to some lore here so after dogday says "why are you just standing there?" at that point on catnap actually killed dogday but not really, he actually spared him but wanted to see him suffer and that's why we see dogday half body no legs thing. There ya go somewhat kind of poppy playtime lore.
