I think one of the things I like most about Smite, is that the game is constantly evolving, especially where art direction and graphics are concerned. Every update I feel the game looks prettier, with more attention to detail and it feels like you can really start to immerse in it.

Smite isn't a rip is uses the same scheme only. It is an different game itself. This game takes more skill, team work and overall communication. I find it better than league gameplay and community wise. And the reason why Jesus and the others won't be put in this game is due to the sensitivity ok Christians. They more than likely would flame if he isn't the greatest thing ever or is depicted not how they see fit. If anything league is a rip of Dota hence smite seems much more of its own thing than its counterpart

I'm not sure the gods of Hindus play much of a role in their religion (they have thousand of gods), whereas Jesus is central to Chrisitanity. Him being a personal God who desires relationship also makes it a bit different more touchy than the aloof dieties of Hindu.

Some abilities. Ressurection=When you die, you get resurrected 3 seconds later. Smite=Instantly kill an enemy. Crusade=Send three million armoured knights to fight your enemies. Armaggedon=End the game with your victory.

actually Hades is just in charge of the underworld in Greek mythology, his "Lieutenant" Thanatos is the actual "angel of death". Hades isn't really evil, he just got the short end of the stick.

Smite is planning to have at least 30 gods before going out of beta, although this is just an assumption because a purchasable beta pack promises the *initial* 30 gods, from what i understand at least.

Perseus is a demi-god, and so is ares, at first, who eventually becomes a god. So it's entirely possible for Perseus to be in the game
