It still doesn't give Magical Protections until you leave the fountain with it in your item slots. I believe all items with passive GP5 work this way because people used to buy the items in fountain when they die, then sell them once they respawned, abusing the extra Gold spooling

@@TranquillizeMe_ that makes more sense, but still can confuse people searching to reach the 525 prots for prophetic. They should only disable the passive

What is the icon above his photo mean? It opens and closes and has a semi distracting animation. New-ish to smite, the shake got my attention, played him and don't know what it's for. Please help.
