Another thing that helped me with Sylv is having your 1 ability on "Instant Cast". The reason is because your targeting is the same with your auto attacks, so your aim is always on and makes it SO much easier to land the 1 on someone. Great vid Shen!

Like the videos really fun watch, and good pacing where you arent sticking on one topic for too long! as a Sylvanus lover, I would like to add that in my experience I've found that using the 1 as soo as you can in those ability combos is crucial. Meaning that especially with DR to roots now , the prot shred is the biggest utility of that ability and when you are ulting using it before your 3 and 2 can be the difference in confirming kills in teamfights. As you stated sylvanus gets killed easy and plays for the teamfights, reducing prots right away off your engage is always going to be better.

yeah the DR root change really hurt this character, especially when factoring in the downsides of his third ability. but, i still find that EVERYONE underestimates that prot reduction!
