I agree completely and I was about to post the exact same thing! He is supposed to have a male body with a snake head. You don't have to give him an erection pointing towards the sky, but his appearance to be made more in line with cultural depiction, like Ra. Any game can make a generic rock monster. Hi-Rez has the option to make him look distinct and memorable.

Pharen Pillai I actually play LOL, Dota 2 and Smite since they're out. I know it kinda resembles Tiny/Treant Protector but he's still different, I think Marble Malphite form LOL is a complete rip-off Tiny whilst this Geb is still way more different. He has the roll like Earth Spirit and stuff but he's not like a direct copy of a Dota hero plus I was talking about it being original compared to other Smite gods ;)

For what I've seen people complaining about him, its basically what I said here aswell. Aparently I wasn't the first one. We agree, he looks awesome, but the problem is that he is just a piece of Earth, with no pantheon characteristics at all. We know he is Geb, because they named him that. But when I first saw his image, I didn't know if he was Geb, or Gaia, or any other of the Earth Gods. He has no sign he is egyptian.

Leon Freire if that's the problem then I have to agree with you guys. He doesn't look egyptian at all and for sure he doesn't recall the original pictography of Geb. The fact is if they were to make every single egyptian god with an animal head or something like that and how the egyptians painted them 90% of the egyptian gods would look the same, don't you agree? I'm not trying to say it's 100% good this way but both the sides, too similar and too different, would be kinda wrong.

Even though Nemesis is supposed to get the last god spot, I think there should be a secret god which is God itself that unlocks when you reach level 30. Instead of like normal 1 2 3 4 abilities, the person playing as him can make a combo of abilities from different gods to make him op. Like Geb rollout, Nu Wa clay minions, Zeus detonate charge and Apollo ult. Oh that would be awesome.

The only problem with Geb's aesthetic is that Geb isn't supposed to be a golem. The egyptian gods are humanoid, and Geb has a serpent's head usually. But that doesn't make for a good game, so Smite took creative license. Besides, Gods choose their own appearance, so there truly is no problem with how they've made Geb look. That is the Earth going to War.

Geb is one of these gods, and if you look at the directed taunts section (directed taunts are played when you kill a certain god) and one of which IS directed at Nut. Although, Geb pronounces her name as the food nut. xD
