To everyone here commenting about CYO being discontinued: Despite that it hasn’t been 100% confirmed, just so you all know, the CYO Lifeproof and Soap & Glory Kickass Foundation have the exact same ingredients in the exact same order, and both are manufactured under Boots. If it is true, it might be worth checking that foundation out! It’s pricier than CYO, but still much more affordable than most and they wear pretty much identically. :-)

Not that I have personally tried! I don’t have a Walgreens very close to me that sells in person, so I’ve only had the opportunity to try the foundation. It definite lives up to Taylor’s claims though, and for $7.00 it’s worth stocking up ☺️

I just got the vdl one and it’s soo good. It’s kinda matte but I have oily skin. It has pretty good coverage but the shade range is not great so I have to mix it w my Milani one. It looks so flawless and natural on my skin I love it and totally recommend.

This is my holy grail foundation! I have played around with different application methods and finally found one that works and this looks beautiful! I have never received more compliments on my complexion than when wearing this foundation!

@@Ophelia441 I make sure my face is really moisturized and I use the Tatcha silk canvas primer. I apply it with a brush and lightly tap over it with a sponge to blend it out and as long as I set my areas that crease i'm good! in the beginning I hated it and for some reason its working 10x better for me now.

I used to get major separation in my foundations , i tried different primers and moisturizers i now use covergirl primer the pore minimiser one (purple) and cerave moisturizer. And i mix nyx bb cream in all my foundations to make them thinner and surprisingly it works. I think for some skin types you have to use light coverage foundations

I feel you, foundations break down and separate on me because of my very oily skin type. I layer the Boscia Porefecting White Charcoal Mattifying Primer (cheapest on Amazon) underneath the Revlon pore filling primer that Taylor recommends to get the best longevity. The Boscia is a dupe of the Becca Mattifying primer with magnesium but less chalky and thinner. HTH!

@@cheesy.b I has taken me my 30 years of life to figure that out... good cleansing, good hydration even with oily skin, a mattifying primer, cyo mixed with the new lightest shade of born this way, Jeffrey starr setting powder, and the urban decay mattifying setting spray. It's work and it's expensive but it's the only combo that doesnt look a cakey mess and will stay oil free for a 12 hour shift at work.

Like everything else you recommend, I bought the HempBomb CBD oil! I started with the 600mg and it mainly just helped me at night when I go to sleep, it helps relax me. I just bought the 2000mg and I’m excited to see if it helps more with pain since 600mg is such a low dosage for someone like me. I’ve had 21 surgeries after an 18-wheeler ran me over, I have arthritis, chronic pain, and I was diagnosed with chronic migraines before anything else even happened. What primer did you use? This foundation is amazing! But it depends on what primer your using. Its a silicone based foundation. So it looks awesome with smashbox photo finish primer which is what im using. But looks terrible with water based and oil primers. I tried with a lot of primers and found it worked good with a silicone primer.

I would love to see you review the Stellar Beauty Limitless Foundation! It's supposed to be a natural/radiant foundation and I can't find a ton of reviews on it but the ones I have seen are all extremely positive. I keep thinking of buying it as I LOVE their Cosmic Haze finishing powder (literally the ONLY powder I can use to set my under eyes with that doesn't enhance my lines and wrinkles). I used to not try something on the account of an influencer saying whether they liked it or not but I’ve learned over the years to just try things out! I like that you are realistic about the longevity of a foundation. Most people wear their makeup for 12+ hours a day because of work and everything. I get slightly annoyed when I watch a video and the person says they only wear makeup for like 5 hours. Cool. I have a “normal” job...something lasting 5 hours sucks to me.
