I've eaten this cake for 45 years! But it's always been called 10 layer Chocolate Cake or Southern Little Layer Cake ☺

Good evening young lady...I'm sure you had no ill intent and likely weren't aware of the laws related to the legendary Smith Island Cake...The law clearly states that it's a felony to make a Smith Island layer cake anywhere other than on Smith Island. The usual penalty is a stiff fine and 1 to 3 years in prison however I will not forward this video to the Smith Island authorities if you agree to make one more cake and send it to me...

I do not think it is possible at this time. The postal service is extremely unreliable and not to be trusted with something as sacred and valuable as Smith Island Cake.
