I have carried my M&P 9mm duty gun for years I’ve got probably 5,000 plus rounds through it as it’s first generation. I have Glocks and others but Smith & Wesson got it right, I’m about to get one of these for daily carry as I don’t need a full size carry all the time.

I’m really loving my smith & Wesson shield plus, it comes optics ready and with night sights as well, only thing it’s missing is a light rail but it’s not a deal breaker for me, you should check it out highly recommend it !

If you like that pinky extension you should just get the magguts pinky extension. Ive put 1000 rounds through my magguts with 0 issues. I trust them. It gives you plus 3 rounds.

I like OEM better , but i usually carry my 13+1 mag in the gun and my 10 rounder as a back up

SW should of just came out standard with that pinky extension for the 10 rounder. I hear the 13 rounder is a pain to load all the way.

It’s easy if you have an Uplula loader. Unload them and reload them every night for a week or so and eventually you don’t need the loader. The one thing is when you load 13 rounds getting the mag to drag in the gun is hard on a closed slide. The rounds are so packed in with no room to spare. When the top round of the hand hits the slide it makes it hard to seat.

@@KevShots713 honestly you can’t go wrong with any of these edc. You did sacrifice 2 extra rounds with the S&W but you can always upgrade your magazine with magguts so you can get those extra rounds back and still have a flush fitting mag.
