@@waitaminute2015 You right because it's only a 2 bed bungalow I need cuz at my age I just dont need the hassle of huge house. Moreover from every since I only admire huge houses but never wish to live or own one of them. Am only seeing apartments which I dont need and most houses are carrying over 3 bedrooms and plus the location helps to determine what type you can get.

@@waitaminute2015 It depends on where you wants to live because ST Mary does have some lovely neighbourhood that I've seen on you tube. I just cant be bother with work men and builders when it comes to building a house . Too much headaches so I prefer to go and buy one that's already build. It can cost less to build but tomorrow is not promised to anyone so I want an easy laid back life with absolutely no hassle because when we die we will not be taking absolutely nothing so let's enjoy our life and retirement now.

I enjoy this video but the crime is what is keeping us from coming back home. I will be home after the lockdown lifted because I need to see what my options are before I purchase a house there. Really like the videos. When you show the land available like in this video, can you be more specific as to where you are? I am familiar with Boscobel, and Oracabessa and when you drive by I can usually tell the area. In this case since you started at the entrance to this community, I have no Idea where in St. Mary you are. Can you say e.g. 10 minutes east of Tower Isle for example.
