Even a year later this is still BS! Where's the rest of it? Unkillable... the LEADING MAN will remain unkillable until you give us a 'Suitable replacement' whether that's a person (who stands up in his stead) or an event that changes the whole direction of the story, because you cannot kill Rick without 'killing' the show. There other 'unkillables' in that they must killed at a certain time in their storyline and in a certain way but you are right everyone else can die.... eventually!

Gimple's full of it! If you kill Rick at the wrong moment, you will kill the show. He cannot be a producer and not know that so why can't he just say that? No he's not UNKILLABLE but you do have to ensure that the series could survive his loss especially since this show was built around his character. It has to 'transition' away from that and be accepted by the audience before you could 'safely' kill the Rick character. You don't have to study film to know that, we have all known shows that 'died' because either the 'leading' or important 'main' character left the show or was killed off too soon.
