It's been a while since I've done a Little Timmy. After grinding a certain other course for hours last night without beating it, my thumbs needed a break, so I've been looking at the 2020 NSMBU Castle focus group while figuring out Pokemon analysis and team stuff!
I just randomly clicked this one on the spreadsheet, saw its nonsense in the level viewer, and was like "oh yeah this is the Little Timmy I need right now!". There is a slight twist to this course though: you only need 4 keys, but you need to be small!
The only really tricky part was the end, I died several times to a stray fireball before realizing "oh duh I need to head back, THEN jump over the spikes". And that was that.
It feels a bit weird to admit this, but sometimes I think hot garbage is part of the magic of Mario Maker!

As a fellow Team 0% member I can now confirm, this kind of ultra-silly Little Timmy stuff is a welcome diversion at times. Not that I have any intention of playing this after seeing it. CarlSmile
