As a smoke main I exclusively use Janet cage. You get the swaggiest combos plus absolutely insane corner damage, meterless

Bro i cant get the vicious vapors into back janet…any tips. Bc i want to use it like scorpion cameo but i cant get it consistent..?

@@milesmontalvo1084 It doesn’t land. Only the first hit lands. So in a pinch I use that for extra damage as an ender

@@milesmontalvo1084 my personal advice is that Janet provides just way more than Scorpion can. Any time the opponent is in the air SmokexJanet can convert off of any touch. Ex: I fought a Nitara in a tourney that jumped over me, I hit her with a down 2 into standing 1 1 into his knife toss. When they’re caught on the knife; you can use Janet to extend in the air and land teleport combos full screen. Essentially I got 35% off of a down 2 and 1 bar. And in the corner, Smoke’s mixups and her extensions give so much free damage

As a smokexsxorpion main, you should make a video on how to use Janet and smoke. I’m trying to learn smoke sektor just for the safe options but interested in janet

Absolutely happy for Cyrax being back!!!! I’m a Baraka/Cyrax main even since the day they got butchered I still played just changed to Kano once it got more competitive! Cyrax is not the same as he was tho…. Less dmg a bit more cooldown so people need to relax bitching about him. Khameleon/Stryker/Kano and even Movado are strong ass kameos! Khameleon is OD braindead! Keep Cyrax the way he is if anything take some of the chip dmg away and that’s it!

@@SirCartierNY Remember she can’t be butchered, we still need her and want to use her just like GYRAX! I feel like they need to buff up Frost Kameo and maybe Gaxon Briggs as well. If anything work the kameos out because the main roster is solid except for Kenshi and Ashrah lol those 2 OD pain in the d***

Looks a bit hard and unpredictable to continue a combo after calling him for the aereo part (was more easy with scorpion), but been capable to make plays safe with smoke is amazing.

the vapors cancel is just impossible to do in a combo... what a bs mechanic is there any tip to make it viable? ive benn trying to practice that simple combo like 5 hours and never works

Yup, up blocking would negate the combo but you’re most likely not gonna run into many people who up block early on. And you can do his forward 3, 2 if they predict the overhead.
