I just got my RecTec 340 on Saturday. The box looked like a pallet of beer dropped from a chopper in Vietnam or a UPS fight club. Gonna get it unwrapped tomorrow and hopefully all is well. I really can't wait. I had a new paver patio installed in anticipation of this grill.Thanks for the advice on the beef ribs because the last time I bought some they were shiners and I was disappointed. I'll try to update in a week or so.

I made beef ribs in the 4th of July. Wow! they turned out incredible!!! Only thing different was put Worcestershire on the ribs to marinate. Mind blowing good!

Just got my recteq last friday and smoked a brisket for 13 hours and ate it saturday. Loved the recteq. I had actually first bought a Z grill on amazon and was not happy with it at all. Take your $400.00 and put it towards a RT-700. I smoked beef ribs on my offset smoker three weeks ago and now the wife wants them again this weekend on our new RECTEQ. I am so excited and nervous. I hope they come out as amazing as yours did Jody.

The silver skin membrane helps to keep the ribs together. Removing the skin will allow for better smoke penetration & the ribs will be more "fall off the bone" tender. Jody prefers to remove the skin, but it all depends on personal preference! Let us know how yours tuned out. 🍖💨

Can be found at most sams club in stock, sometimes they cut the ribs Korean style, but may will get you a full slab of you ask nicely

Yes, you can most definitely use this recipe for center-cut beef ribs! They will just take less time so watch the internal temperature & probe for tenderness often! 🍖🔥

About 10-15 minutes before you pull them off the grill so the sauce can tack up & form a nice glaze!
