I never would have thought to smoke such a large cut of meat on the travel kettle, but it looks like it handled it well. Thanks for a great video my friend.

Excellent video. I’m new to Grilling so I like how you give the details of the ventilation for this cook & the details of your charcoal lighting. Thanks Postal 💯

Looks perfect!! I just ordered this grill and can’t wait to use it. Would lump instead of briquettes do a good job holding the temp at 225-250f?
@PostalBarbecue2 жыл бұрын
That’s awesome. Yes, lump is great too! Briquettes just burn a bit more evenly.

Hey Jabin (cool name!) - I just met you last night on Mike's live chat and instantly subscribed. This is my first watch - I'm lovin' your format and demonstration of cooking method. I'm just west of Ottawa, so I'm already into your Canadian content - eh? :)
@PostalBarbecue2 жыл бұрын
Yeah buddy. It’s great to see more fellow Canadians on the grill eh!! Glad you stopped by and are already enjoying the content.

5:25 the constant spinning of the grill grate, is that so the grill grate doesnt get too hot and skip past maillard reaction and burn the meat?
@Dj-zz2 жыл бұрын
Really like your grilling & smoking videos. Beef is currently very expensive. Bison is out of sight expensive. How about making videos with less expensive cuts of meat that a family & guests can enjoy? Wishing well
@PostalBarbecue2 жыл бұрын
I hear you Dj. Look around the channel as I’d say most of the recipes are fairly budget friendly which is usually what I like to see myself. If you have any recipe ideas you might like to see let me know. 🙌
