I've always smoked cheese using my ProQ small smoke generator so was eager to try the tube smoker from Inkbird - see link below. My results were a lot more smoke so only smoked for 2 hours instead of 3-4. Very pleased. Will have to wait a few weeks before I can try it tho!! I used the Inkbird IRF-4S temp probe as well.

Looks delightful. Now I’ve seen someone do it, think I might have a go! Think my girlfriend may struggle to wait 2 weeks to eat it though

It really does need to mellow.. but you can cheat.. ..
