SMOKED GOAT LUWOMBO & STEAMED RICE

In this video, I used soaked and washed rice for better results.
1 cup rice
2 cups water
salt to taste
diced vegetables
1 spoon butter.
On the other hand, I smoked the goats meat with salt,then wrapped it in a luwombo leaf with tomatoes and spring onions..
cooking over moderate heat until soft and tender.
